    submit your site to social book marking sites as digg,reddit,netscape and other top smo sites
    Create blogs on sites as rediff,msn,technocrati,blogger.com etc.
    Submkit your site to free search engines and serach directories
    post free classifieds
    post on gum tree,craigs list etc
    These ways will surely improve traffic
